Job Title: Regional Manager
Job Summary
The Regional Manager will oversee sales operations within a designated region, driving sales strategies and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and team management to foster a high-performance culture.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular sales forecasting and performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
