Role Description
The Regional Manager will oversee, strategize, and drive business operations within their assigned region to ensure growth and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing partnerships and relationships with salon and parlour owners, analyzing market trends, supervising the performance of local teams, and ensuring targets are met. The position involves training and mentoring team members, monitoring customer satisfaction, and driving new business opportunities. This is a full-time, remote role requiring adaptability and results-oriented leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, customer relationship management, and sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze regional market trends and implement successful strategies
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets or KPIs
- Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in digital tools for collaboration and reporting, with experience managing remote teams a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
