Role Description
We are seeking a Regional Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India. The Regional Manager will oversee operations within their designated territory, manage school partnerships, and ensure the successful implementation of Codju’s educational solutions. Responsibilities include leading regional teams, developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of training for educators, and monitoring the adoption of our digital tools and systems. The role also entails achieving performance targets, conducting regular reviews, and providing strategic insights for growth within the region.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management experience, with a proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams.
- Strong strategic planning, operational management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with educators, school leaders, and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with education technology, ICT implementation, AI, or digital platforms in the education sector.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to oversee project execution and ensure optimization of resources.
- Experience in handling large-scale projects or partnerships within the education or technology sector is preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively within Karnataka and adapt to dynamic operational conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Advanced qualifications in education management or technology would be an advantage.
