Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Manager, based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Regional Manager will supervise and support franchised outlets, oversee sales and operational performance, develop and implement regional strategies, and ensure company policies and standards are upheld. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with partners, training teams, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to drive regional growth and expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Regional Operations
- Strong leadership and Team Management capabilities
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct Market Analysis and implement Growth Strategies
- Experience in Automotive, Franchising, or Service Industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is beneficial
