🚀 We're Hiring: Regional Manager – B2C Sales (Kerala)

Brio Elevators is expanding its B2C Sales Team in Kerala and is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead our residential sales operations. If you're passionate about sales leadership, team building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the B2C sales operations across Kerala.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales of home elevators and residential mobility solutions.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Generate leads through referrals, channel partners, digital campaigns, architects, builders, and local marketing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and residential builders.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, conversions, and regional KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to installation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in B2C sales, with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership or regional management role.
- Experience in industries such as elevators, home improvement, consumer durables, real estate, interiors, construction, luxury products, or similar sectors is preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
