Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager based in Bengaluru. The Regional Manager will oversee the overall performance of the assigned region, including driving sales performance, formulating strategies for business growth, and ensuring team development. The role involves managing teams, achieving sales targets, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring operations to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and implementing effective market penetration strategies. Additionally, the Regional Manager will provide mentorship and foster a collaborative and goal-oriented environment for success.

- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or related industries
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to achieve objectives while ensuring Compliance and Operational Efficiency
- Problem-solving acumen with a result-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Proficiency in regional languages and local market knowledge is an advantage
