Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager based in Delhi, India. The Regional Manager will oversee the performance and operations of multiple fitness centers in the region, ensuring high standards of service and business growth. Responsibilities include developing strategies to achieve revenue goals, supporting and training gym managers, analyzing operational performance, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Additionally, the Regional Manager will actively build and maintain relationships with franchisees, motivate teams, and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills to oversee multiple fitness centers and motivate staff.
• Business development and strategic planning experience to achieve revenue targets and grow the region.
• Operational skills including performance analysis, compliance management, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with franchisees and customers.
• Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with industry software tools.
• Flexibility to travel within the region and work in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
