Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager located in Lucknow. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, meeting regional targets, developing business strategies, managing a team to ensure regional growth, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role also includes fostering strong relationships with clients and addressing their financial needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership and managing teams effectively
- Expertise in business development and devising strategic plans
- Familiarity with financial services, particularly in microfinance operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage on-site responsibilities and meet performance objectives
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting is a plus
- Experience working within the NBFC or MFI sectors is an advantage
