Role Description
The Regional Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The Regional Manager will oversee and manage operations, sales, and distribution within the designated region, fostering team performance and ensuring targets are consistently met. The role includes planning and executing strategies for business growth, managing dealer networks and customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and ensuring operational excellence are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide regional teams effectively.
- Proven experience in sales and distribution strategy, dealer network management, and achieving business growth targets.
- Proficient in market trend analysis and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client management, team coordination, and report delivery.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to drive operational efficiencies and address challenges proactively.
- Familiarity with the agri-business or protein sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
