📢 WE’RE HIRING | REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER – ARCHITECT WORKING | MUMBAI 🏗️
We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager with strong expertise in Architect & Interior Designer (AID) engagement, specification sales and premium building materials.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants and PMC teams
• Drive product specification and brand preference across projects
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through the architect and design community
• Conduct product presentations, CPDs, technical sessions and project discussions
• Work closely with project sales and commercial teams to convert specifications into business
• Track upcoming projects and ensure effective follow-up from specification to execution
• Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with the AID community
• Represent the brand at architectural events, exhibitions and industry forums
👤 Ideal Candidate
✔️ 8–12+ years of experience in Architect Working / Specification Sales / AID Sales
✔️ Experience in premium building materials, architectural products or allied industries
✔️ Strong network among Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants & PMCs
✔️ Proven experience in specification-led business development
✔️ Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills
✔️ Ability to independently manage the region and drive business growth
