Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Regional Manager – University Partnerships, Base location Delhi, Pune, and Bengaluru. The Regional Manager will establish and nurture partnerships with universities and colleges, drive business growth by onboarding new institutional clients, and ensure successful implementation of WeXL AI’s solutions. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, conducting strategic presentations, collaborating with internal teams, fostering client relationships, and achieving enrollment and revenue goals for the region. The role requires regular communication with educational leaders, representing WeXL AI in industry events, and ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Relationship Management experience, with a strong focus on developing university and college partnerships
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Client Engagement to identify and leverage opportunities
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills for delivering impactful proposals and fostering long-term client relationships
- Experience in Sales, Negotiation, and driving revenue targets in the education or EdTech sector
- Ability to work independently, manage regional responsibilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely
- Proficiency in leveraging technology to track performance and maintain performance metrics
- Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the EdTech domain or with AI-powered solutions is an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned regions
