This isn't just another sales role. This is the founding hire for our B2B2C vertical . You are the
architect of a new ecosystem , turning prestigious universities into gateways of opportunity for
thousands of students.
The Mandate: High-Octane Growth
As the Regional Manager, you are the face of WeXL AI. You will navigate the corridors of academic
power to close "Elite" university accounts and then pivot to the stage, inspiring entire student bodies to adopt the future of AI-driven fluency.
1. Strategic Architecture & Revenue Mastery
Command the Room: Negotiate and close high-stakes, multimillion-rupee contracts with VCs,
Directors, and Placement Heads.
Scale the Vertical: Design the regional blueprint for B2B2C sales, managing the full lifecycle
from high-level prospecting to ink-on-paper.
Own the P&L: Take full ownership of regional revenue targets, operating with the autonomy a business owner.
2. The "Mega-Drive" Specialist
Mass Mobilization: Lead high-impact on-campus drives that convert thousands of students into
active platform users in a single day.
Evangelism at Scale: Deliver high-energy presentations to auditoriums of 500+ students,
transforming technical tools into "must-have" career assets.
Market Presence: Represent WeXL AI as a thought leader at major education forums and national conferences.
3. Experience & Adoption Engineering
Design the Onboarding: Architect mass orientation programs (virtual and in-person) that
ensure 100% student activation.
Voice of the User: Act as the critical bridge between the campus and our Product Team,
shaping the next iteration of our B2C offerings based on real-world student feedback.
Your Edge: The Ideal Profile
The Track Record: 4–8 years of dominance in B2B2C, EdTech, or SaaS. You have a history of
moving large-scale consumer volumes.
The Public Speaker: You are a natural orator who can charm a Vice-Chancellor in the morning
and electrify a stadium of students in the afternoon.
The "Operator" Mindset: You love the "hustle" of on-ground logistics. You don’t just sign the
deal; you make sure the execution is flawless.
The Traveler: You thrive on the move, ready to be on the ground where the action is during peak campus seasons.
