Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Regional Manager – Trade, Franchise & Distribution at Häfele India Private Limited. Key responsibilities include managing and expanding the trade, franchise, and distribution channels in the designated region to achieve sales goals. The role involves building strong relationships with franchise partners, distributors, and dealers, conducting market analysis, implementing strategic business plans, and overseeing the performance of sales activities in the region. The candidate will lead a team to meet revenue targets, ensure operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in managing trade, franchise, and distribution networks with experience in developing and scaling business operations.
- Proven skills in market analysis, business planning, and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Effective communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills to establish and maintain relationships with partners, distributors, and team members.
- Experience in team management, setting performance targets, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Competence in analyzing market trends and data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue growth and identify new opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and align regional operations with company objectives.
- Relevant experience in the architectural hardware, home improvement, or related industry is advantageous.
- Educational qualifications such as a bachelor's or master’s degree in business, management, or a related field are preferred.
