Hiring: Regional Manager – Appraiser Recruitment & Service Delivery
📍 Location: North Delhi ( Delhi, Punjab, UP, Haryana, Rajasthan)
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager – Appraiser Recruitment & Service Delivery to lead operations, strengthen our appraiser network, and ensure exceptional service delivery across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operational delivery of gold appraisal and audit services across the region.
- Recruit, build, and manage a strong network of full-time, re-appraisers, and on-call gold appraisers.
- Plan, organize, and oversee skill tests for eligible appraiser candidates.
- Ensure timely deployment of appraisers based on client requirements and business demand.
- Drive standardized, compliant, and process-oriented appraisal operations.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with Territory Managers (Business Development & Service Delivery) to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, internal SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence, process improvements, and cost optimization.
- Manage client relationships, service reviews, and escalations.
- Support business expansion into new geographies and client accounts.
- Prepare and present accurate MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations, service delivery, recruitment, or field operations management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in banking, financial services, gold loan, valuation, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
