Job description
Lead the Regional Engineering Team as per the norms / standards set by the Engineering function and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of all equipments, facilities, and infrastructure across central kitchen, warehouses, and retail outlets. This role involves preventive maintenance, timely repairs, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards to support uninterrupted operations.
Qualification: BE in Electrical/Mechanical/E&TC
or
Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/E&TC
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, water treatment systems, and steam applications.
Experience: 5-10 years in maintenance management, preferably in a QSR, food production unit, beverages production or hospitality. Leadership and team handling experience required.
Salary bracket max 12 lacs -15 Lacs depending upon present salary and experience.

Skills:
1. Problem-solving and quick decision-making.
2. Vendor management and cost optimization.
3. Ability to manage multi-location operations.
4. Good communication skills (oral and written).
