Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gota for a Regional Logistics Specialist. The role includes overseeing supply chain operations, managing exports, coordinating shipments, and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. The specialist will analyze logistics data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the smooth delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Export operations, including logistics planning and execution.
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, decision-making, and process optimization.
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for logistics and supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in regional logistics or related roles is an advantage.
