Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Regional Leasing Manager. The Regional Leasing Manager will manage lease agreements, oversee lease administration processes, and perform market research to identify business opportunities and trends. Responsibilities also include managing and maintaining properties, ensuring resident retention through excellent service, and working proactively to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Leases and Lease Administration
- Strong skills in Market Research to analyze trends and opportunities
- Experience with Property Management and Resident Retention initiatives
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, specifically in Indore
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable
- Familiarity with logistics infrastructure or related industries is an advantage
