Job Title: Regional Learning Manager – FUNMIYO
About FUNMIYO:
FUNMIYO is transforming the way children learn Mathematics through game-based learning. We work with schools to make math classrooms joyful, engaging, and concept-driven for students from Grades 1 to 7
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic **Regional Learning Manager** to lead the implementation and impact of FUNMIYO programs across schools in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee implementation of FUNMIYO math programs in partner schools
* Train and support teachers in delivering game-based learning effectively
* Conduct classroom observations and ensure quality of sessions
* Build strong relationships with school leaders and coordinators
* Track student learning outcomes and program effectiveness
* Provide regular feedback and improvement strategies to schools
* Lead and manage a team of trainers (if applicable)
* Ensure smooth onboarding of new schools in the region
Skills & Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for education and child development
* Experience in teaching / training / academic coordination (preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple schools and travel within the region
* Leadership and problem-solving skills
* Basic data tracking and reporting ability
Qualifications:
* Graduate/Postgraduate (Education preferred but not mandatory)
* 2–5 years of experience in education, training, or school programs
