About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solutions Development Lead to join our Mobile Engineering Services team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative solutions for our clients across various markets in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Solutions Development (SD) Team of Mobile Engineering Services in India Develop and implement sales strategies by combining legacy solutions with Tech & IOT platforms. Work closely with JLL IFM, S&P & Solutions Development Team to bring best value to our clients. Build advanced sales strategies to maximise productivity of SD team Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements Work with Strategic Partners and Suppliers to help build strong network of services across MTS portfolio. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in managing service sales preferably from HVAC/Electrical Systems/FAS system companies/OEMs. 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing sales and services. Proven track record of bringing sales efficiency and driving results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience with project management tools and methodologie
Desired Skills:
Industry Experience from relevant Industries like HVAC/Electrical Systems/FAS system companies/OEMs. Experience in Service Industry will be an added advantage.
