Key Job Responsibilities:
- Regional HR Strategy & Business Partnership:
- Develop and execute regional people strategies aligned with the Food Services business objectives.
- Partner with Regional Operations, Site Managers, and Business Leaders to provide strategic HR support and workforce solutions.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through strong people practices, workforce planning, and talent interventions.
- Champion the organization's culture, values, and employee experience across all Food Services locations.
- Support business expansion, mobilization of new sites, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline, supervisory, culinary, retail, and support roles across the region.
- Develop proactive manpower plans to meet business growth, seasonal demands, and operational requirements.
- Build strong sourcing channels to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, hiring quality, and attrition trends.
- Employee Development & Capability Building:
- Identify capability gaps across operations and implement targeted learning interventions.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to deliver technical, behavioral, leadership, customer service, food safety, and compliance training.
- Drive structured onboarding programs to ensure faster employee integration and productivity.
- Develop succession plans and build internal talent pipelines for key operational and leadership positions.
