Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Regional Key Account Manager (KAM) - MT (South & West) at Med Manor Organics. The role involves managing key accounts, developing business plans, analyzing market trends, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering superior customer service. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet sales targets and drive regional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to build and sustain relationships with key clients in assigned territories.
- Proven experience in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to assess market trends and align strategies with organizational goals.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to handle client concerns effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
