Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Regional Information Technology professional, based in Chennai. The role involves managing IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring network security, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and maintaining operational efficiency through effective troubleshooting. The individual will also support regional staff with IT-related needs and liaise with vendors to ensure timely maintenance and upgrades.
Location
Gulbarga,Hubli,Vijayawada and Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Knowledge of Network Security best practices and implementation
- Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills for IT support
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams on-site
- Familiarity with financial or banking systems is a plus
- Relevant certifications in IT or network security are an advantage
