Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Regional Human Resources professional based in Wardha. The responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with organizational procedures. The role will focus on supporting the workforce, managing personnel, and promoting employee well-being through effective HR management practices. The professional will also contribute to planning, strategy execution, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and implementation of organizational strategies
- Experience in creating, reviewing, and implementing HR Policies
- Competence in managing Employee Benefits programs
- Skilled in Personnel Management, including handling grievances and fostering employee engagement
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and technology tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior industry experience in microfinance, finance, or related sectors is preferred but not mandatory
