At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for a seasoned HR leader to drive our people strategy across India. This role is critical in partnering with business leaders to enable growth, strengthen workforce capability, and enhance employee experience across our facilities management operations.
🔍 Role Overview
The Regional HR Manager will lead end-to-end HR for India, supporting large, distributed frontline workforce environments. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational execution.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leadership to align HR strategy with operational goals
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding across regions
- Lead employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Manage HR operations, reporting, and data-driven decision making
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 6- 8 years of HR experience, preferably in Facilities Management / Services / Hospitality / Retail
- Strong exposure to managing large frontline workforce
- Proven experience in HR business partnering and stakeholder management
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
