REGIONAL HOSPITALITY & EXPERIENCE SALES MANAGER — HIMALAYAN PINE COMPANY
Himalayan Pine Company (HPCo), part of the larger Vasshin Composites group with presence across Bangalore | Delhi | Himachal Pradesh, is building a Himalayan lifestyle ecosystem across functional confectionery | mountain honey | gifting | hospitality and allied premium categories.

We are looking for regionally strong field operators across Himachal | Kashmir | Uttarakhand who understand tourism movement | hospitality ecosystems | local retail behaviour and relationship-led market building.
This is not a desk sales role.
The role involves:
onboarding cafés | hotels | camps | hostels | tourism stores and experiential properties | setting up retail counters and placements | maintaining dealer and hospitality relationships | ensuring replenishment and visibility | coordinating with Dharamshala teams and regional operations.

Ideal backgrounds:
hospitality sales | tourism commerce | FMCG distribution | regional business development | café/hotel ecosystems | lifestyle retail.
We are looking for someone who:
enjoys field movement | understands mountain tourism ecosystems | can build relationships steadily over time | is operationally dependable | and naturally represents the brand with warmth and maturity.
Compensation broadly in the ₹4.5–7.5 LPA range including travel reimbursements and performance-linked upside depending on territory familiarity | relationships | execution capability.
