Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Regional Head - SME and Corporate. The Regional Head will be responsible for managing and developing insurance services for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, designing customized insurance solutions, overseeing business development activities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves supervising a dedicated team, analyzing market trends, generating business leads, and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Team Handling
- Expertise in Insurance Product Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Customized Solution Design
- Knowledge of Industry Regulations, Market Trends, and Compliance Standards
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Thinking and Decision-Making
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the insurance broking/related field, with a proven track record in SME and corporate insurance sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field (MBA or equivalent qualification preferred)
- Familiarity with insurance software tools and platforms is a plus
