We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a global financial services organization, for a senior individual contributor role driving technology transformation across their India Global Capability Center (GCC).
About the Role
This is a senior individual contributor role, not a people-management position. You will act as the transformation execution partner to the Head of India Technology and Application Development, working closely with the Global Head of Technology Transformation to align India technology initiatives with enterprise priorities, global roadmaps, financial plans, and delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Own global program management for India-linked technology transformation initiatives, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risk, financials, and outcomes.
Drive Enterprise Agile adoption and maturity across India technology teams, including release planning, backlog governance, and delivery metrics.
Own technology-finance alignment and portfolio governance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost transparency, and value realization.
Support capacity and workforce planning across product-aligned squads, PODs, and shared services.
Serve as a senior IC integrator across India technology, global transformation, finance, and governance forums.
Support GCC maturity, evolving India from a delivery center into a strategic global technology capability hub, including AI-enabled engineering and automation adoption.
Ensure governance, risk, and compliance standards are embedded in transformation execution.
Drive strategic vendor management across technology partners and managed service providers.
Candidate Profile
15 to 20+ years of experience in technology transformation, enterprise program management, technology operations, and portfolio governance.
Experience operating as a senior individual contributor in complex, global, matrixed technology organizations.
Strong experience with India-based Global Capability Centers or globally distributed delivery organizations.
Deep understanding of Enterprise Agile, scaled delivery models, and technology portfolio execution.
Strong technology finance background, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce cost modeling, and vendor cost management.
Financial services, asset management, banking, insurance, or regulated-industry experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct reporting authority.
