Job Overview
- Executive Collaboration: Establish and sustain robust relationships with C-Level Executives within large enterprise accounts
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee smooth solution delivery and ensure client satisfaction
- Market Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and market developments to provide innovative solutions
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives within the designated region
- Experience in managing a team of five members is required
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Offer sales coaching and mentorship to the sales team
- Track market trends and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and adjust sales strategies as needed
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Demonstrated success in IT infrastructure sales, Cyber Security Sales, Networking, MSO (Managed Services), and Digital Workplace solutions
- Previous experience in a sales management role, leading a team of sales professionals
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and Cyber Security products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Capability to develop and sustain strong client relationships
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is an advantage
- Over 15 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with a Systems Integrator (SI) background
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure and Cyber Security trends
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and P&L management skills are essential
