Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Regional Head, based in the Pune Division. The Regional Head will oversee regional operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing teams, fostering client relationships, identifying market trends, and developing business strategies to penetrate new markets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Regional Head will also focus on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to organizational goals and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills, including team management and motivation
- Strong sales and business development expertise with a track record of achieving targets
- Analytical skills for market research, trend identification, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
