🚀 We’re Hiring – Senior Leadership Role (T3 Band) in Squareyards Pune
We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join us in a Senior Leadership (T3 Band) role.
🔹 Experience Required: 7–8 years minimum
🔹 Role Expectation:
• Ability to lead and manage a team of 40–100 members
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
• Proven track record of driving performance and achieving targets
• Strategic mindset with strong organizational abilities
• Mandatory: Candidate must join along with 2-3 team leaders and a minimum team size of 25-30 members
