Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Head located in Bhubaneswar. The Regional Head will oversee the operations of assigned branches, ensure effective implementation of business plans, and work towards achieving financial and operational targets. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring regional teams, developing strategies for growth, monitoring branch performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Regional Head will collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, and operational strategy
- Understanding of microfinance operations, including group-based and individual lending models
- Experience in managing compliance with regulatory frameworks and company policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software
- Prior experience in the financial services or microfinance sector, preferably in a leadership role, is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are preferred
- Willingness to travel locally and within the region as required
