Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Regional Head. The Regional Head will oversee all operations and business activities within their designated regions. Responsibilities will include strategy implementation, managing security and facilities management operations, ensuring client satisfaction, building and developing client relationships, handling a geographically distributed team, and driving consistent performance improvements. The role will also require the management of budgeting, compliance with global standards, risk mitigation, and implementing customized training programs as necessary.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams
- Experience in operations management, strategic planning, and execution
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Knowledge of security solutions and facilities management tailored to various industries
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and risk management best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in a similar leadership position, particularly in security or facilities management, is a strong advantage
