The Region Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving performance across assigned regions, managing multiple business verticals, teams, and operations. This is a high-ownership leadership role focused on planning, performance monitoring, team management, and business growth. The role offers exposure across multiple cities and markets, with the opportunity to scale and expand regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee end-to-end performance across assigned regions and business verticals
● Manage and guide teams across sales, operations, and business functions
● Set targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent performance delivery
● Build and manage key partnerships, clients, and vendor relationships
● Review business reports, identify gaps, and drive improvements
● Ensure coordination between regional teams and head office
● Implement systems, processes, and reporting structures for scalability
● Drive revenue growth and expansion across regions
● Take ownership of region-level strategy and execution.
Key Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in business, operations, or management roles
● Strong leadership potential and ownership mindset
● Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills
● Ability to manage multiple teams and functions
● Willingness to travel across cities/regions when required
