Role Objective 🎯

The Regional Head – Partner Onboarding & Channel Development will be responsible for expanding and activating the DSA/channel partner ecosystem across assigned geographies. The role focuses on acquiring high-quality partners, enabling their productivity, and driving Personal Loan & Business Loan disbursement growth through structured field engagement.

This is a high-impact expansion role within Finance Buddha’s centralized partner acquisition vertical.


Key Responsibilities πŸ“ˆ

1. Channel Partner Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard new DSAs, connectors, and channel partners across assigned states
  • Build strong regional sourcing networks for Personal Loans & Business Loans
  • Drive partner acquisition aligned with monthly onboarding targets

2. Partner Activation & Productivity

  • Support newly onboarded partners during early-stage setup
  • Enable faster login-to-disbursement conversion
  • Conduct partner training on product programs, lender fitment, and documentation flows

3. Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary field contact for partners in the region
  • Provide day-to-day business support to active partners
  • Resolve escalations and improve turnaround time coordination

4. Business Growth Ownership

  • Drive disbursement targets through partner engagement plans
  • Identify high-potential partners and scale their sourcing volumes
  • Monitor productivity dashboards and implement corrective strategies

5. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activity in assigned regions
  • Provide feedback on pricing, payout expectations, and partner preferences
  • Support marketing inputs for regional campaigns

Eligibility Criteria βœ…

  • 5–10 years of experience in DSA/channel management within:
  • Personal Loans
  • Business Loans
  • LAP (optional advantage)
  • Strong existing DSA relationships in UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, or MP
  • Proven ability to scale partner-driven sourcing
  • Comfortable with extensive regional travel


Preferred Candidate Profile 🌟

Ideal candidates may come from:

  • NBFC channel sales teams
  • Fintech aggregator ecosystems
  • Banking DSA relationship roles
  • Regional sourcing leadership roles

Candidates with experience managing multi-state DSA ecosystems will be strongly preferred.

  • Bihar
  • Jharkhand
  • Chhattisgarh
  • Madhya Pradesh

Frequent travel across assigned regions is expected.
