Your Tasks

Execute R2R automation and process improvement initiatives across regional finance teams.

Support implementation of automation solutions in areas such as GL, month-end close, cross charges, reconciliations, journals, FA and reporting in R2R.

Coordinate with regional finance teams, IT, and automation partners for day-to-day execution.

Track project progress, issues, and actions; escalate risks as needed.

Support FTE efficiency and cost-saving initiatives through productivity improvements and automation adoption.

Assist in UAT, documentation updates, training support, and post-implementation stabilization.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements during execution.

Ensuring compliances to SOPs, Risk control Matrix’s and driving R2R automation and transformation KPIs in region.

Your Profile

Successfully completed professional qualification in accounting – CMA / CA / CA Inter and / or master’s degree in business administration with focus on finance and accounting (R2R)

3+ years’ experience in Finance processes of General Ledger (RTR)

Good working knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and working in SAP S4 hana environment

Good understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes

Fluent English language

Structured, analytical working method

Strong Communication Skills And Experience Working With International Stakeholders
