Job Title: Regional Franchise Development Executive
Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Chennai | Guwahati
Openings: 3 per location (1 Senior, 2 Junior)
About the Role:
We are hiring regional team members in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai & Guwahati to drive franchise expansion. Candidates will be based in these cities and focus on developing and growing the franchise network locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new leads and generate franchise business opportunities in assigned locations.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-ups for franchise sales conversion.
- Explain the Bachpan Play School franchise model, business plans, and investment opportunities to prospective partners.
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful franchise sign-ups.
- Identify suitable properties as per company guidelines for new franchise setup.
- Visit clients for relationship building, engagement, brand promotion, and inauguration support.
- Ensure POP/branding materials are installed as per pre-sign-off discussions.
- Validate KYC documents of prospective franchise partners.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must be based in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, or Guwahati.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Education Sales, Franchise Sales, or Franchise Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Ability to convert leads into successful business partnerships.
- Open to travel for 15+ days per month.
