Main Purpose of Role

The Regional FP&A Manager plays a key leadership role in driving financial performance across the region by delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis. This role works closely with operational managers to understand business drivers, provide financial insight, and ensure effective cost control. The candidate is responsible for identifying performance trends and leading root cause analysis to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational plans.
  • Deliver detailed monthly P&L analysis, highlighting key variances, trends, and opportunities for margin improvement.
  • Partner with operational and functional managers to understand financial impacts of business activities and drive accountability for performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on financial deviations and recommend corrective actions to improve outcomes.
  • Lead new business pricing in collaboration with the sales and solution design teams. Follow up with post launch analysis to ensure actual margins align with the pricing model.
  • Monitor and control regional costs, identifying savings opportunities and supporting cost optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly financial performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Support commercial decisions with data-driven financial insight, including scenario modelling and business case analysis.
  • Coordinate and align financial targets across multiple business units or locations within the region.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
  • Support ad hoc projects including pricing, productivity tracking, and restructuring evaluations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.



Qualifications & Skills : -

Education: -

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7–12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Solid understanding of cost control principles and business performance metrics. Strong systems proficiency (ERP and financial planning tools, e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI).
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insight.
  • Communication: Proven experience partnering with operational leaders to drive financial performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement changes effectively.
