About The Role

Unlock the potential of our strategic partnerships as you lead initiatives to influence regional business strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth and long-term customer value through seamless lifecycle management.
- Influence regional business strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term customer value creation for strategic/key accounts through end-to-end lifecycle management.
- Achieve revenue and margin targets for the portfolio, ensuring strong performance across all strategic accounts.
- Own the customer lifecycle, driving revenue growth through concerted effort in strengthening relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate cross-functional orchestration and governance to ensure seamless integration between sourcing, delivery, service management, and billing.
- Manage CXO relationships, providing thought leadership and deep insights into market trends and customer needs to champion business objectives.
About You
You possess 15+ years of experience in the telecom sector, specifically within wholesale data, IP, bandwidth, or mobile data services. Your strong track record in managing strategic global accounts, coupled with your deep understanding of commercial negotiations and the wholesale connectivity ecosystem, positions you as a leader who drives transformation and delivers exceptional customer lifecycle management.

- You have a strong capability in managing strategic global or regional accounts, demonstrating remarkable success in wholesale data, IP, bandwidth, or mobile data services.
- Experience in navigating complex commercial negotiations ensures you optimize customer lifecycle management effectively.
- You exhibit functional expertise in the wholesale connectivity ecosystem, enabling effective decision-making and strategic prioritization.
- Your familiarity with sourcing and off-net service structuring allows you to design innovative solutions that drive profitability.
- You possess commercial and financial acumen with a thorough understanding of operational governance and billing processes.
