About the Role: Zenark is at the forefront of addressing the mental health crisis within educational institutions. However, we have observed a significant divide: while many visionary leaders are eager to innovate, some traditional administrations remain resistant, often overlooking the urgent mental health needs of their students.
We are seeking Strategic Mediators to represent Zenark and bridge this gap. In this role, you will act as a professional liaison between our solutions and the leadership boards of schools, colleges, and universitiesKey Responsibilities:
• Institutional Advocacy: Act as a formal representative of Zenark to introduce our mental health frameworks to decision-makers (Deans, Principals, Board Members).
* Mediation: Navigate the complexities of institutional resistance by articulating the high stakes of student well-being versus the risks of administrative inaction.
•Relationship Management: Facilitate high-level introductions and manage the communication flow until a formal partnership is established.
•Strategic Expansion: Identify and prioritize institutions where Zenark's impact is most urgently needed.

The Partnership Structure:
We believe in rewarding those who help us scale our impact. For every successful institutional collaboration facilitated, mediators will receive a 5% commission on the total contract value.
