Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Regional Director at Asiatic International Corp. In this role, you will lead regional operations, develop strategic initiatives, and oversee business performance to ensure organizational goals are met. Additional responsibilities include managing teams, building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing market strategies aligned with company objectives. The Regional Director will also ensure operational excellence and drive innovation across regional functions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills
• Experience in developing and executing business strategies to achieve organizational goals
• Knowledge of aviation services, including air charters, pilot training, and HR services
• Proficiency in strategic planning, marketing, and business development within a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster client relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market conditions and respond with effective solutions
• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and SMM is a plus
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
