Role Summary:
Drive superior customer experience across the region by managing engagement initiatives, ensuring store compliance, and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute customer engagement activities (events, celebrations, store activations)
- Manage vendors (event agencies, hotels, collateral partners)
- Monitor in-store customer touchpoints and experience standards
- Drive customer connect programs (birthdays, anniversaries, premium segments)
- Identify dormant customers and support reactivation strategies
- Ensure adherence to customer service SOPs across stores
- Conduct training on grooming, etiquette, and service standards
- Perform store audits and track compliance metrics
- Handle customer complaints and monitor CRM (Encircle) data
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate
- 2–5 years in customer experience / retail / sales
- Strong stakeholder management & interpersonal skills
- High customer centricity and execution focus
- Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Strong Customer Support and Communication skills
- Ability to utilize Analytical Skills for interpreting customer feedback and data
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer-oriented solutions
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
