Job Description: Regional CSR Coordinator / LeadOrganization: Sri Sathya Sai Sujala Sravanthi Trust (SSSST)
Qualifications:- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience:- 2–3 years of relevant experience in CSR coordination, partnerships, fundraising, or business development roles
Key Skills:- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in social media outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Good understanding of local markets and corporate ecosystem
- Ability to engage with Corporate CSR teams, PSUs, and institutional stakeholders
Role & Responsibilities:- Primary Responsibility:
- Drive CSR collaborations and fund mobilization for SSSST’s healthcare initiatives, including:
- Primary Health Centers (Sai Swasthya)
- Multispeciality Hospitals (Sai Aarogya / Sai Sanjeevani)
- Market Outreach & Research:
- Identify and engage potential partners through structured research and outreach:
- Corporate CSR prospects
- Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
- High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs)
- Government funding opportunities and healthcare schemes
- Stakeholder Engagement:Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective partners
- Present SSSST’s healthcare impact, expansion plans, and funding requirements
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and CSR heads
- Partnership Conversion:Convert prospects into long-term CSR partners and collaborators
- Ensure alignment between donor objectives and healthcare project needs
- Monitoring & Reporting:Track daily outreach activities, meetings, and conversions
- Maintain structured reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, closures, and funding status
Objective of the Role:- To expand and strengthen SSSST’s healthcare footprint across India by securing sustainable CSR partnerships, enabling free and quality healthcare services through primary centers and multispeciality hospitals.
