Role Description
The Regional Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collection process within a specific region (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana), ensuring timely and efficient collection of dues from customers. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring delinquent accounts, developing and implementing collection strategies, coordinating with branch offices, managing a team of collection Officers, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Experience Required: 8+ years
Compensation: Up to ₹25 Lakhs + Incentives
We are looking for experienced collections professionals who have handled Home Loans / LAP portfolios and have strong experience in team handling, field collections, portfolio management, and regional performance delivery.
Candidates with relevant experience in affordable housing finance, mortgage collections, or LAP collections will be preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing collections and recovery processes
- Strong knowledge of financial services in Loan against Property and housing finance industry. Basic Knowledge on SARFAESI, Sec 138 etc.,
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for data management and reporting
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree
