Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Regional Collections Manager located in Vijayawada. The role involves overseeing regional collections operations, designing and implementing collection strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Daily tasks include training and managing collection teams, maintaining collection efficiency, resolving escalations, and analyzing repayment metrics. The manager will also collaborate with other departments to optimize credit and collection processes, ensuring the achievement of regional collection targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Collections Management, Risk Assessment, and Debt Recovery
- Experience in Team Leadership, Team Development, and Performance Monitoring
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Financial Insights
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and credit operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage workloads efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the financial services sector and fluency in regional languages such as Telugu is an advantage
