Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Collections Manager TW vertical to handle end to end Collection for MP, based out of Indore. The Regional Collections Manager will oversee and manage the collections process within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with policies and achieving collection targets. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing strategies for debt recovery, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing escalations, and providing regular performance reports. The role also involves training and monitoring the collections team to maintain efficiency and adherence to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating collection teams
- Proficiency in devising and implementing effective debt recovery strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of banking regulations and compliance related to collections
- Analytical skills with experience interpreting and reporting data to identify trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
- Relevant experience in collections or recovery management in the banking or financial industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or certification is a plus
