Location :Vijayawada, Aurangabad, Delhi
Experience required:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Motor Insurance Claims, with at least 5–7 years in a people‑management role, handling a team of 8–10 in‑house surveyors / claims processors / motor claims functions.
- Must demonstrate strong leadership capability to manage a highly experienced team, including members with over 15 years of experience.
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- IRDAI Motor Surveyor License will be an added advantage.
