Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Regional Claims Coordinator. The role involves managing regional-level claims operations, processing claims efficiently, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing and settling claims, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the quality of claim assessments, and maintaining detailed documentation. The coordinator will also support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency while maintaining outstanding service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in claims processing, claims settlement, and knowledge of insurance operations
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication, as well as coordination skills for working with clients and partners
- Capability in performing detailed assessments, verifying claim documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process improvements and resolve claim-related issues effectively
- Proficiency in using insurance management systems and tools
- Customer service focus with an understanding of customer satisfaction principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Prior experience in claims management, insurance, or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the local market in Lucknow and nearby regions will be advantageous
