Job Title – Regional Channel Manager
Strategy & Execution:
· Developing the Budget for Regional Channel Sales and driving the sales & collection
target achievements.
· Orient channel strategies and tactics towards differentiated value propositions
commensurate with higher margins and better customer retention amongst channel
partners
· Framing and implementing all company policies for the Regional Channel Partner
Network ensuring regional compliance and driving corporate policies for the
Channel Department.
· Focus on maintaining the close strategic association with key senior channel partners
of regional significance.
Collaboration:
· Partnering with Operations to ensure 100% Service Level Compliance of Channel
Partners for all products of DTDC following all the parameters of service expected
from Channel Partners.
· Creating a win-win relationship with channel partners.
· Planning and designing the training and development objectives of the Channel Team,
the Channel Partners, and their employees in conjunction with the Learning and
Development Department.
· Partnering with all support departments including IT, Accounts & Finance, and
Operations as well as senior management resources, in order to meet channel
partner performance objectives and channel partners- business expectations.
Marketing and Communication:
· Management of the DTDC brand with Channel Partners including setting and
implementing the parameterized guidelines for the internal and external branding of
all channel partner premises as well as usage of branded T-shirts, Bags, ID Cards,
etc., for their Pick-up & Delivery Staff.
· Developing a consistent and effective communication plan to keep the Channel
Partners abreast of the latest developments and activities in the Network including
the periodic roll-out of new policies and procedures. In this regard drive the
marketing team to develop impactful specific marketing materials for channel
partners focused on differentiated value creation propositions.
Administrative:
· Driving expansion of DTDC's Channel Network by appointing new channel partners,
replacing channel partners and introducing new concepts, products or initiativeswith existing channel partners in line with business growth and service
enhancement objectives with a clear focus on enhanced brand visibility.
· Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel Analytical and soft
skills: Should be well versed with marketing & advertising.
Key leadership Attributes:
· Analysing & Diagnosing: Ability to assess the problem and its impact. Identify the
criticality; act as an advocate working with concerned parties to resolve issues in a
positive and timely manner and with appropriate resources.
· Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve goals. Motivating
(Team Leadership) - Ability to develop cooperation and teamwork while leading a
group of people in the development and implementation of team goals.
