Job Description  Regional Channel Sales Manager

About The Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Regional Channel Sales Manager to drive channel sales growth for Nexé Core & Wave, our premium smart home automation and intelligent switching solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel/dealer sales, business development, and partner management within industries such as smart switches, home automation, electrical products, lighting, AV solutions, or building materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, channel partners, and system integrators across the assigned territory.
- Develop and strengthen the regional channel network to increase market penetration and sales growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Nexé Core & Wave product lines.
- Generate new business opportunities through channel partners and direct customer engagement.
- Engage with architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, contractors, and electrical dealers for project specifications.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and partner training programs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, sales updates, and market intelligence reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in channel sales and dealer management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling distributors, dealers, and system integrators
- Knowledge of smart home automation, smart switches, electrical products, lighting solutions, or AV systems
- CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
