Regional Channel Sales Manager
Nexé Core & Wave
We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Regional Channel Sales Manager to lead dealer and system integrator network growth for Nexé Core & Wave. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in channel sales within the smart home, electrical, or building products space, and thrives in a target-driven, field-facing environment.

5â8 years in channel or B2B sales

Sales Head â Nexé Products
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development
â Identify, recruit, and onboard dealers, distributors, and system integrators across the assigned region.
â Develop and nurture long-term partnerships to build a high-performing channel network.
Sales & Pipeline Management
â Drive project opportunities from lead generation through to closure.
â Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline; provide regular forecasting to management.
â Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Nexé Core & Wave.
Product Presentations & Demos
â Conduct compelling product presentations and live demonstrations for channel partners and end customers.
â Coordinate with the technical pre-sales engineer to deliver seamless demo experiences.
Stakeholder & Market Engagement
â Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to generate project specifications.
â Gather competitive intelligence and provide actionable market insights to the product and marketing teams.
Core Skills
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Preferred Industry Background
â Proven channel and dealer sales experience
â Strong presentation and communication skills
â Negotiation and closing ability
â CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent)
â Basic understanding of smart home/IoT technologies
â Willingness to travel extensively within the region
â Smart home or home automation brands
â Electrical switches or wiring devices
â LED lighting or luminaire companies
â AV integration or building management systems
â Premium building materials or architectural hardware
